SNP Disabled Members conference

1 in five logoThe SNP is to host it’s first ever conference especially for Disabled members.

It is to be held on the 30th January at the Crowne Plaza near the SECC and is organised by Jamie Szymkowiak.

It will be a full day Conference, including lunch, which aims to discuss key topics and issues of the day, as well as offering a place to meet and network with fellow disabled members. With high-profile keynote speakers, it promises to be an interesting and informative meeting.

Audrey Birt

Coach and Consultant Audrey Birt will run a workshop

To make the meeting fully accessible for members there will be available on request: BSL interpreter, palantypist, material available in large print and Braille. TheĀ conference will be live streamed for disabled members unable to attend in person with downloadable workbooks compatible with JAWS and Voiceover screen-reading programmes for Windows PC and iPads respectively.
