Local Stirling MP, Steven Paterson, will be standing for re-election to Westminster in the forthcoming General Election on June 8th, the Scottish National Party confirmed on Saturday.
From Cambusbarron, Mr Paterson attended Stirling High School as well as the University of Stirling and has worked in the local tourism sector. He was elected to represent the Stirling East Ward on Stirling Council in 2007 before being elected to Westminster in 2015 with a majority of 10,480.
