Stirling has seen 200 college students move on to positive destinations after their studies in 2020-21.
The latest figures show that 14,930 students or 90% in Scotland went on to positive destinations, which includes further study at university or employment.
Commenting, Evelyn Tweed MSP said:
“It is extremely encouraging to see so many young people in Stirling making the most of their studies and going on to further education or gaining employment.
“It is also very good news to see that this trend has been repeated across Scotland, with 90% of college leavers going on to positive destinations.
“Scotland’s colleges are equipping our young people for their next steps, whether that is to secure a job or take their studies further. Despite the economic challenges being faced by Scotland due to Conservative incompetence at Westminster, Scotland’s job market continues to recover from the pandemic.”
